Can we have a campfire on our campsite?
We allow off-ground fires on our campsites and provide fire altars free of charge to facilitate this. We recommend booking these in advance, as they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, the campfire circle can be used for ground fires by prior arrangement, should you wish to include this in your activities.

This can be arranged. Please get in touch with the centre to discuss your specific requirements.
Do we have to bring our own wood?
There are several wood piles located around the site, but the availability of wood can vary throughout the year. We recommend checking with the centre before your arrival to ensure there’s enough wood for your needs.
Can we get a food delivery to site?
Yes, please include your group name in the driver’s notes so our reception staff can direct the delivery to you. For groups staying in buildings, if you’d like your delivery to arrive before your arrival on site, it may be possible for our staff to place the delivery in your building. Please contact the site for more details.
Can I park a trailer on the camp site?
If you’d like to keep your trailer on site during your stay, a member of our team can move it onto your site using our tractor and will remove it at the end of your visit. Please contact the site for more information or to book a trailer movement. Please note that cars are strictly not allowed on site, and all vehicles must be parked in the car park by the end of the day.
What dishwashing facilities and water points are available?
We have several standpipes located around the site for guests to access potable water. Additionally, there are dishwashing stations with hot water at both of our toilet blocks.
We have specific access needs and have been assigned a site, but the weather looks bad, and we’re concerned about accessibility. Is there anything you can do to help?
