Making a Booking
Our booking form can be found here. If you have any special requirements within your group, please let us know and record this on your booking form. An attendance sheet is also available on our website, which must be completed and handed in on arrival.
We invite you to after your visit to complete our Evaluation form. Or use the feedback on our website. This helps us to monitor our services and facilities. We will use the information provided to continue to improve the centre and your experience in the future. The form is divided into 4 sections covering the topics;

Cancellation & Booking Policy
Campsites and Building
Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days only.
A booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The full cost of a building becomes payable if cancelled within 6 weeks of your arrival date (school holidays – 8 weeks).
All activities are charged per our price list for a maximum group of 10 and include equipment and instructor unless otherwise stated.
Please forward a non-returnable deposit of 25% for your activities.
Activities cancelled less than four weeks before arrival date must be paid for in full. Activities may be cancelled by Centre due to adverse weather conditions; in this case no charge will be applied. Please make cheques payable to:

Please note that a deposit of £25.00 per night is required to book any building and campsite reservations for over 100 campers. £20.00 for a standard campsite booking.
